A few years ago i remember the shopping carts at the Shopper's in New Carrollton had the wheel locks. I remember one woman trying to take a cart of groceries across the street to the apartment building. She was steadily cursing as she could only push it around in circles at the edge of the parking lot. Decades ago in Chicago, I would pay a $5.00 deposit for a cart and get it back when i returned it.

It won't help me but I'm glad that these were apprehended. Sad but i think the ones in my area are opportunistic neighbors. It's stressful to depend on the convenience of deliveries when you're disabled and not receive something you've purchased.

They caught the Utube fever and made a dumb video. I didn't think it was funny and it had too much profanity. They should stick to Caprices and leave Hondas alone. Give them a light slap on the wrist and send them back to work. At least they know who to look out for.

Congratulations to the jury for considering all the given facts in a very difficult case. People still fail to downplay the ramifications of bullying. A life has been lost and another has been shadowed. Although she may feel pretty unpopular right now, I hope the young lady can receive proper therapy and go on to make the community proud.
