ReplyJenni, the Outback was the last tenant, then they moved to there new location. Before that, it was an independent family restaurant. I think it was called the Bowie Inn, but I'm not sure.

ReplyI would be interested to see, after the election, the change in the number of absentee ballots. I think this is where early voting would have an impact, people who are going to away on election day. Since absentee ballots take much longer to count, some persons feel their count doesn't matter and may not vote.

ReplyWe have no choice. Like Ms. Anderson, I heard a thud and my electric went out. I looked outside and found the tech at the side of the house. I went outside and asked what was going on and he stated he had just replaced my meter and was finished.

ReplyWhen kids start early they do not seem motivated for learning, they feel cheated out of the rest of their vacation. Yes, they are accumulating days toward that magical 180 mark, but they are not quality days of learning until everyone settles down after Labor Day. Perhaps fewer days off during the school year which would enable 180 days even with days off for inclement weather?

ReplyI believe the cameras operate from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., not 6 to 8 a.m.
