ReplyFor White to say, "Let us show you who we are," really sticks with me... considering when I came in to get pricing/flavors/ideas for a baby shower cake for a friend, and I waited in the lobby for a good 10 minutes (meanwhile I can hear someone on a personal sounding phone call in the back). When a woman finally came out, with a phone still attached to her ear she answered my questions in short answers like I was a bother. Needless to say I ended the conversation and left without all the answers I needed. I will keep giving Cakery my business. High end cakes mean nothing when you can't even give customers common courtesy. I have NEVER been treated like that by Cakery, ever. First impressions mean everything... especially in Bowie where businesses come and go quickly.

Maybe give your child a break... I'm sorry that I take my child's feelings as "his own" and completely valid. Just because he is small doesn't mean that his feelings shouldn't be taken into account. Like I said...a SILLY picture with Santa is NOT WORTH my child crying and being brought to the point of almost throwing up... if it is to you... then I am sorry for your little one and that he/she has to go through that.

Wouldn't say better but more modern for sure. They use more LED lights and make changes every year whereas Watkins is "typically" the same display every year.

ReplyAnother idea is to update the family photo, a great gift for all members of the family! Pay for a portrait session for the group and have a print developed and put in a stunning frame as a gift for grandparents, etc..
