Mr. Rogers, are you suggesting that I should explain to residents how to access any and all city services? Any person who is reading this site has access to the Internet, and therefore has access to the City of Bowie's website. www.cityofbowie.org. It's very user friendly and easy to use and users can request services there as well. I did a story when the city launched the new website last year: http://bowie.patch.com/articles/city-of-bowie-launches-redesigned-website
This article was simply to inform those with a smartphone that they now have a new way to request city services.

I can understand your frustration, Terri. My council representative, Alan Thompson, did come by my home and the homes of my neighbors the weekend prior to election, passing out flyers and talking to residents in Ward 2.
Did anyone else get a visit from the mayor or their council representative prior to the election?
