I am the broker/owner of Caprika Realty, in Bowie Md.

Working with the By Referral Only philosophy, we want to be there for our clients before, during, and after the transaction. We want to offer seminars, webinars, and any other outlets of information to potential clients as a resource before the transaction. During the transaction we want to make it as smooth as possible so that before you know it you are at your celebration! It is also important for us to be there for you after you buy/sell.
