Police Incidents: 4 Suspects Take Boy's Nike Shoes

Popular sneakers prompt the robbery of a 12-year-old and an officer shoots a dog that attacked a jogger, according to police reports.

Feb. 29 Citizen unarmed robbery A 12-year-old boy was reportedly robbed of his Nike Galaxy Foamposite shoes on the afternoon of Feb. 29, according to a report from the Bowie Police Department. Police responded to the 4000 block of Eager Terrace. The boy told police he was walking on a pathway when he was approached from behind by four suspects and one told him to “take off your shoes or there would be some trouble,” according to a police report.
