Bowie Police Charge Two With Theft

Krystal Leigh Morgan, 32, and Richard Thomas Eubanks, 39, are facing numerous charges related to theft from cars at Allen Pond Park.

Bowie police have arrested a man and woman in a series of thefts from cars at Allen Pond Park that occurred between May 2012 and August 2012. Krystal Leigh Morgan, 32, and Richard Thomas Eubanks, 39, both of Huntingtown, allegedly broke into numerous cars at the park over a four month period and stole wallets and purses from the vehicles, according to the police report. The report also also alleges that Morgan and Eubanks would then take the stolen property, which included credit cards, and purchase things at stores throughout Bowie and surrounding areas.
