Police Seize Drugs, Gun From Bowie Home
Authorities have charged one man and issued criminal summons for several others in connection with the case.
Police arrested one man and are seeking several others after seizing various drugs and a .22 caliber rifle from a Bowie home, according to police. Bowie police give this account of the incident: On March 29 at approximately 11 p.m., Bowie police, in cooperation with the Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) executed a search warrant on the 2500 block of Kennet Lane in Bowie. The warrant was obtained in response several complaints of drug activity and loud parties. During the search, police recovered 15.7 grams of suspected marijuana, 0.5 grams of suspected cocaine, 1.9 grams of suspected heroin and various smoking devices and other drug paraphernalia.
