The first operation will be from 8:30 p.m. to 4 a.m. today along Route 704.

The first operation will be from 8:30 p.m. to 4 a.m. today along Route 704. Don’t forget—if you’ve been drinking, call a friend or a cab to pick you up. Make it your habit to put on your seatbelt as soon as you get into your car. And if you’re prone to road rage, grab one of those squishy balls with a happy face on it and squeeze away rather than blast another driver on the road.
