Had an appointment; left SIX hours and 8 minutes later. Next time I had an appointment; left exactly 5 1/2 hours later. The next appointment, I asked in advance how long I would be if I arrived at 10:00 and was told I would be out by 12:30. It was 3:05 when I left and I missed the event I was trying to get to. I only get a simple wash and set each time and nothing extra. I go to a salon in college park when I want a cut, deep conditioning, or color because Visions costs almost 3 times the amount for the exact same thing. When they are busy, they take short cuts and do not blow dry your hair from root to end. They only blow dry the roots so 5 minutes after leaving the salon, you can't tell I've been there. Its not good to be the first person on the books with an appointment and see 20 people who came in after you, leaving b4u. On a good note, the owner is very nice, she speaks to all clients and comments on their hair or makes suggestions for your next visit. When she comes in, the atmosphere is totally different and she helps her stylists manage their time better. She needs to come in more often. I love to pamper myself and get my hair done every 2 weeks. I would come every week but I'm not sure if that's a good idea with the blow dry. My visits now are not as often because I can't sit in there all day long. I've recommended "several" family members & friends and they all stopped and now go to college park. Wake up ladies!! This is ridiculous! Timing is key!
