Just outside of the city limits, the non-denominational, New Song Bible Fellowship is located on Lanham Severn Road (MD-564) adjacent to the Severn Crossing community. They have a very active missionary program locally and internationally, having missionaries in a minimum of five countries annually. Pastor Bernard T. Fuller started the church in 1990, having its first mass at Washington Bible College in Lanham, Fuller's alma mater.
