Terrible customer service. I ordered two items at the beginning of August for in-store pick-up and never received any notice from them about the items arriving. Two months later, one item has still not arrived, and the store is giving me the run-around rather about canceling and refunding my order.

The service is horrible horrible horrible. I bought Ashley sofa from their Rockville store and their service is the worst I have ever experienced. It's a long story and I don't want to waste my time to write it here.
If you don't want to get yourself into trouble, don't even think of going to that store. It's a BIG LESSON LEARNED for me.
Store was horrible as I worked with one saes person the Asian owners would come and try to take over his sale and on top of that speak in there native language. I wouldve brought a bedroom set but when they got involved and she said to me " what you buy today" major turn off
My experience with this location was poor. They delivered a damaged item from the floor that I specifically asked not to have and when I brought it to their attention it has been on me to resolve the issue of exchange. I was given a date for the next delivery and had to call to find out that it fell off of the truck and was totalled and need to be replaced. I understand accidents but it's difficult to handle being ignored when I have paid hard earned money. When I called to voice my complaint The manager began venting how overworked she's been between the interruptions during our conversation. Now they want to offer me a store credit so I can subject myself to further distain. I don't think so.

I would grade this store as good. I went in just to browse, but couldn't pass up a nice floor model sofa for my family room that was marked down to about half price. Not a high end store, but definitely better than the Marlo genre. Customer service was friendly and they delivered my sofa the same day (I live in the neighborhood).
