What's Open, Closed for Christmas 2013 in Bowie
Forget the Christmas ham? Need to make a last-minute run to the store? Here's what's open around town on Wednesday.
Here's a list of what's open and closed around Bowie on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Government:
The city of Bowie government offices, as well as Prince George's County Government Offices, will be closed all day on Christmas Day.
TheBus, the county’s Call-A-Bus and Senior Transportation will not operation on Wednesday. Services will resume on a regular schedule Thursday.

Trash and Recycling:
There will be no trash and recycling pickup on Wednesday. For Bowie residents who's recycling is normally picked up Wednesday's there will be a special pickup on New Year's Day. More information can be found on the city's website here.
Grocery Stores:
Whole Foods—open until 7 p.m. on Christmas Eve; closed on Christmas Day

Libraries:
All Prince George's County public libraries will be closed Dec. 24-25.
