2nd Star Productions Auditions for "A Soldier's Play"

Where: Charis Center for the Arts, 13010 8th St., Bowie
Details: 2nd Star Productions announces auditions for"A Soldier's Play", by Charles Fuller, directed by Jane Wingard and produced by Cheramie Jackson. Auditions will consist of a cold reading from the script and prepared monologue.

Bowie-Crofton Camera Club Program
When: 
Monday
Where: All Saints Lutheran Church, Bowie
Details: A program entitled 'An Outsider’s Vision: The Camera as a Way' In will be presented by Kay Chermush, a nationally recognized photographer with more than 25 years experience in commercial and fine art photography.

The Cover of Life

Details: Henry Luce needs a cover story for Life Magazine, and he's found it in Tood, Weetsie and Sybil Cliffert. Intrigued by these three young Louisiana housewives, keeping the home fires burning for their husbands - three brothers who are all off at war - he sends Kate Miller to write his prize story. Produced by the Bowie Community Theatre.
