Wins Keep Coming, Bowie Tops Harrisburg
Bascom gives good effort, Mahoney knocks in two in 4-2 victory
Tim Bascom threw seven good innings, and Joe Mahoney drove in two runs as Bowie topped Harrisburg, 4-2, Monday night.
Bascom improved to 6-2 with the victory. He gave up two runs in seven innings after making the All-Star team last week.
Mahoney went 3-for-4 with two RBI. LJ Hoes and Ronnie Welty each added an RBI.

Bowie scored twice in the first plus once in the second and third but no more after that. The Baysox keep banging out hits, finishing with 12, to get over 10 once again, something that's been happening regularly in the last two weeks.
The win moved Bowie to 51-42 and pulled it to within 3 1/2 games of Harrisburg for first place in the Western Division.
