Gazette: Bowie Swimmers Should Do Well Saturday
While none of the Bowie pool teams won their divisional championship meets, there were many strong performers, according to the Gazette.
The Gazette's Ted Black did a piece on the Bowie teams and swimmers in the Prince-Mont Swim League, which has teams participating from Prince George's, Montgomery, Charles, Anne Arundel, Howard and Calvert counties as well as the District of Columbia.
Despite not placing in the divisional meets last weekend, several swimmers from Bowie did well in their individual and relay races, and are seeded high for the league's All-Star meet this Saturday at .
