WHEN: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10:30 – 11:30 AM

FEE: 6-week (18 class) session $90.00 or drop-in anytime for $7.00 per class. Try your first class for FREE!!

Classes are taught by Rosemary Lindle, Ph.D., exercise physiologist and former professional dancer/ choreographer.
