Bowie Drops Third Straight Game

The Baysox again can't come up with timely hits, fall to Richmond, 5-4.

Bowie again continued to have problems getting hits at the right time Tuesday night as Richmond pulled out a 5-4 victory in an Eastern League game.

The Baysox (67-55) now have lost three straight games, struggling in key situations each time. Bowie remains in second place in the Western Division.

Joe Mahoney and Buck Britton each drove in two runs for Bowie, but the Baysox finished just 2-for-12 with runners in scoring position. The Baysox also left seven on base.
