Baysox 5K Fun Run Rescheduled for Aug. 12
The run was postponed after last month's powerful storms.
After knocked out power to Prince George’s Stadium and , the had to postpone its inaugural Charity 5K and Kids Fun Run.
Fear not local runners and baseball fans because . There is no need to re-register if you signed up for the July 1 run, but new runners and walkers can register online here until Aug. 10. Walk up registration on the day of the event also will be accepted.
Registration for the Baysox 5K is $30 and registration for the Kids Fun Run is $15. All proceeds will stay local, benefitting the , the Bowie Police Explorers and Louie’s Holiday Hope Project.
