PGCC Registration Opened Dec. 3

Prince George's Community College students have until Jan. 21 to complete registration.

Good news for local students looking past upcoming finals to the next semester—Prince George’s Community College (PGCC) registration for spring 2013 opened today.

Students can register for PGCC classes at one of three camps locations: the student services wing of Bladen Hall on the Largo campus, PGCC at University Town Center in Hyattsville and Laurel College Center. Returning students can also register online here or by calling the information center at 301-322-0900.

When registering, students will also be able to receive academic advising and financial aid counseling, according to a press release issued by PGCC.

“The registration process can be overwhelming for someone new to a college environment,” Jennifer Price, interim dean of enrollment services, said in the press release. “To streamline the process we offer the latest technology and a well-trained staff to ensure students achieve their academic goals.”

Students will be able to register for courses until 11:59 p.m. on Jan. 21. The PGCC spring 2013 semester begins Jan. 22.

My primary goal of forming this group, is to give all of us sufferers a feeling of belonging. SoRead More many people feel like they have no where, and no one to turn to, and I want to be that person and provide a group that can offer a pick-me-up throughout the day, or something to look forward to mid-week. So far, I have had 3 people reach out to me which is wonderful, however, I would like to have at least 5 people for our first meeting. I look forward to hearing from YOU soon! ~Cheers, Brittany
