RESCHEDULED: Program to Honor Dr. Martin Luther King

The City of Bowie will hold a program to honor Dr. Martin Luther King on the 20th at 7 pm at city hall in the multi-purpose room.

Kindergarten through second grade students could compete in a coloring contest, third through fifth graders submitted posters, and grades sixth through twelfth submitted graphic arts or photography.

The finalists will have an opportunity to read or talk about how their artwork represents the legacy of Dr. King in present day Bowie.
