Tuesday is Election Day for Residents in County Council District 6
Polls open at 7 a.m.
A special primary election for the vacant County Council District 6 seat will be held from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Primary elections in Maryland are closed, which means that only District 6 residents who are registered Democrats and Republicans are eligible to vote.
In Bowie, the sole polling station for the election is at the Collington Station H.O.A., 375 Jennings Mill Drive.
