'@RepGordon' Twitter Feed Causes Online Stir
Several Twitter users are asking for Rep. Dan Gordon to issue a statement clarifying whether the account is being maintained by him, after several concerning tweets were sent out Sunday night.
A Twitter account that appears to belong to Rep. Dan Gordon (Dist. 71, Portsmouth, Tiverton, Little Compton), is causing quite a stir among Twitter users Sunday and Monday.
The account, which has the Twitter handle @RepDanGordon, states "RI State Rep., District 71 (Little Compton, Portsmouth, & Tiverton) #Libertarian #Constitutionalist under The (R) label" in the bio and includes a link to Gordon's General Assembly Web page. It also has recently uploaded images that include photos of the representative as a child and of his pet bulldog.
There is also an image of what appears to be Rep. Gordon wearing a Guy Fawkes' mask inside the State House. The Guy Fawkes' mask is commonly worn by protesters (including Occupiers) to show support towards the Anonymous meme or movement.

Phone calls and emails to the state representative were not returned as of Monday afternoon. Gordon previously ran a Twitter account with the handle @Dangjr1; however, it appears he stopped using it in January.
The @RepGordon account that is active now has 6,900+ tweets and 1,716 followers.

After a lengthy series of Tweets Sunday night and early Monday morning, some Twitter users are asking for the real Rep. Gordon to step forward.
