Bowie's new city hall opened this morning, and residents are already going about their business at the new facility.
Bowie's new city hall opened this morning, and Una Cooper, the city's communications coordinator, said that they've had a steady stream of residents since they opened at 8:30 a.m.
People are visiting HR, paying water bills and going about their business while getting a look at the new building. All visitors at city hall will be asked to sign in upon arrival.
