Gazette: County Gets Nod For Historic Register Sites

Prince George's County is seeking to have six historic properties added to the National Register of Historic Places.

As reported by the Gazette, Prince George's County is seeking to have six sites added to the National Register of Historic Places. As one of his last acts as county executive, Jack Johnson approved recommendations to place those locations on the list and submit them for review.

The sites will be reviewed by both the National Park Sevice as well as the Maryland Historical Trust before they will officially be on the register.
