City of Bowie to Host Job Fair on Friday

More than 30 area employers looking to hire will be at the event.

Those searching for a job, or just wanting to change careers won’t want to miss this Friday’s Job Fair hosted by the city of Bowie and free to all residents.

The Job Fair will take place on Friday, April 27th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Bowie Gymnasium, 4100 Northview Drive.

More than 30 employers currently seeking to fill vacancies will be in attendance. There will also be opportunities for job seekers to receive guidance on resume writing while at the fair.

My primary goal of forming this group, is to give all of us sufferers a feeling of belonging. SoRead More many people feel like they have no where, and no one to turn to, and I want to be that person and provide a group that can offer a pick-me-up throughout the day, or something to look forward to mid-week. So far, I have had 3 people reach out to me which is wonderful, however, I would like to have at least 5 people for our first meeting. I look forward to hearing from YOU soon! ~Cheers, Brittany
