City Government, County Government Both Open With Liberal Leave

City trash and recycling collection will continue on a normal schedule Tuesday, though that may change should conditions worsen.

The federal government an Prince George's County schools may have closed Tuesday in anticipation of the impending snow event, but the City of Bowie and the Prince George's County government are both open with liberal leave policies in effect.

In Bowie, that means recycling and trash will be picked up on a normal schedule Tuesday, though services may be suspended if conditions worsen. All city operated facilities will also be open regular hours.
