Police: Two Arrested in Truck Arson, Theft

Suspects believed to be responsible for other burglaries in the area, according to Prince George's County Police.

The Prince George’s County Police Department has arrested two suspects in connection with an arson and theft case in Clinton. 

Randy Lee Huston, 32, of the 8400 block of Burton Lane in Upper Marlboro, was taken into custody July 16. Floyd Jack Rosenbaum Jr., 37, of the 25000 block of Shamrock Lane in Mechanicsville, was arrested Thursday.

Both men face several charges, including second degree arson and first degree malicious burning, according to police. Huston was released on a $10,000 bond.  Rosenbaum is still in custody.

Early on July 5, police responded to the 8000 bock of Schultz Road to find two pickup trucks on fire and several other trucks broken into. The Crime had been caught on surveillance cameras.

During questioning on an unrelated burglary, investigators learned that Huston had been involved in the July 5 arson, according to police. Rosenbaum was taken into custody in Saint Mary’s County.
