Police Searching for Suspects in Gang-Related Attacks

Prince George's County Police released two photos of suspects wanted on attempted first-degree murder charges.

Prince George’s County Police Department has released photos of two suspects they believe are involved in a shooting and stabbing in Temple Hills.

The suspects are Susan Yamileth Hernandez, 18, of Fort Washington and Ever Barahona, 23, of Fairfax, VA. Both are wanted for attempted first-degree murder.

On May 6, police officers responded to a call of a possible shooting in the 3300 block of Brinkley Road. Two men were found injured, one suffering from multiple stab wounds and the other from a gunshot wound in the shoulder. Investigators believe the assaults were gang-related.

Police officers believe Hernandez and Barahona lured the victims to the location with plans to kill them.

The victims were taken to a local hospital and have since been released.

Anyone with information on Hernandez or Barahona is asked to call 301-749-5064.
