Bowie Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing person.

Robert Lee Skews left his residence in the 15000 block of Nemo Court N. in Bowie about 8:20 p.m. on July 2, according to a news release. He was driving a blue 2006 Toyota Avalon with Maryland registration 3BB0816.

Authorities say Skews could be heading for Williamsburg, VA, or Huntington, WV.

Skews likes to walk along railroad tracks and has said in the past that he wants to live in the woods with no modern conveniences, police say.

Anyone with information on Skews' whereabouts is asked to contact the City Of Bowie Police Department Criminal Investigation Division at 301-575-2480.
