It looks like she needs to be locked up permanently. Record going back to '82. Worst part is she basically did the same thing (attempted murder) in 2005 and got 'not criminally responsible' and was released on 08/11/11. Criminally responsible or not she's a menace to society.

there was nothing racist in the comment, facts are facts, this is the perfect example of PG county in a nut shell, now after taking care of this woman, with I am sure tax payer dollars and not her own insurance for the last 5 years we get to do it again, hooray for the tax payers!!! Lets take more from the working people!!!

Jahleil - It would be way too easy to react at the same level of your attempted intimidation. In the end, however, I would end up bloodied and you would benefit how? Pull your emotions away from the situation and you will realize that I wrote nothing condescending whatsoever. Is this an unfortunate situation? Absolutely. I was just merely stating the facts. This lady is obviously mentally ill and the system has miserably failed her, her family, and society - repeatedly - but that is not my fault nor responsibility. As far as your own personal situation - I have no idea who you are or what comments I made but if you stay out of trouble, and hence out of the news, nobody would have to worry.
