Man Charged With Murder in Fatal Shooting in Upper Marlboro
Douglas Antonio Romero Argueta of Gaithersburg was shot and killed Saturday in Upper Marlboro, MD. A second victim was critically injured in the shooting.

An Oxon Hill man has been charged with first-degree murder and manslaughter in the fatal shooting of a Gaithersburg resident Saturday in Upper Marlboro.
Douglas Antonio Romero Argueta, 29, was found dead at around 10:15 a.m. in the 9600 block of Marlboro Pike. Prince George’s County police said a second shooting victim was critically injured and was taken to the hospital.

Ronte Travell Muhyee, 20, of Oxon Hill, was arrested near the scene of the shooting.
Muhyee was charged with manslaughter, first-degree murder, attempted murder, assault and weapons offenses, according to Prince George’s County District Court records.
