Gazette: Cyclist Killed in Friday Collision Was Not at Fault

Police said the cyclist was in the shoulder, not the roadway, the paper reports.

The Gazette reports that state police now say Danielle M. Cooper, 24, of Bowie did not swerve into the roadway and cause the crash that killed her Friday night.
