Bowie Man Faces Drug Charges After Traffic Stop

Police said they found drugs and paraphernalia inside the car.

A traffic stop led to the arrest of a 19-year-old Bowie man on drug charges, according to a Bowie police report.

Robert Kronser, of the 15000 block of North Platte Court, was arrested Feb. 17 after police pulled him over on Central Avenue near the area of Pointer Ridge Drive and Hall Road, police said.

A search of the car revealed a marijuana cigar in the center console and a bag containing 14 individually wrapped smaller baggies with an unknown white substance in each, according to police. Police said the substance appeared to be powder cocaine, which was submitted for processing.
