Arrest Made in Slaying of 23-Year-Old Bowie Man
Dequeone Demetrius Oates, 22, has been charged in connection with the Nov. 26 shooting.
Anne Arundel County police have arrested a Washington, DC, man in connection with the slaying of Bowie resident Alex Tyshawn Little.
Little, 23, was found shot to death Nov. 26 in the Russett Green Community in Laurel. Police said Little had several gunshot wounds to the torso.
With the assistance of Metropolitan Police Department, AACPD arrested Dequeone Demetrius Oates, 22, in DC Friday on charges related to Little's death.
Police say they do not believe the shooting was random.
