Child Struck by Car in Bowie
The incident occurred on Lanham Severn Road sometime after 5 p.m. Saturday.
An 8-year-old was struck by a car in Bowie Saturday and is in critical condition, according to Prince George's County Fire Department Spokesperson Mark Brady.
The accident occurred in the 12000 block of Lanham Severn Road sometime after 5 p.m. Saturday. Brady said the child was in critical condition. At the time of reporting, the child was awaiting transport by helicopter to a nearby trauma center.
