Wisdom Wednesdays: "Where Would I Be?"

Where would we be without the Lord? Lost?  Yep. Confused and frustrated? Yep. Wandering from here to there? Yep.  Doubting just how great we are because we forgot that God Is? Yep.  And the list goes on and on.  Have you ever stopped to ask yourself, "Just where would I be without God?"  What could have, should have happened didn't happen because God was with you and me.  And for those things that did happen that you regret, make them a learning experience that draws you to your knees unto God.  We can't predict our future or turn back our past.  But, God knows all and sees all.  As a matter of fact, we can find comfort by allowing God's words to come to us just like in Jeremiah 1: 5, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”

During those moments when you just can't see your way through the situation meditate on Isaiah 41:10, "Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand."  Now get excited knowing that you are exactly where God predestined you to be.  Continue to allow God to guide you to where He needs you be go.

Now that's a word!
