Keep pushing, keep believing, keep working until your breakthrough comes. Those are words I have to constantly say to myself. Tired? Yep. So what do you do? You simply do all that you can do and then you entrust God to send you the resources for everything else. We can't surpass God and definitely can't outdo Him. So sometimes you have to just take one day and one step at a time. You have to say, "One More Day, One More Step". For a few moments on this day, I felt so overwhelmed. I thought to myself, "Jesus, I just can't take anymore. I need Your help, I need Your touch, I need Your direction. Jesus, I need You right here right now. Now Lord right now!" So what resource did God send me? A praying saint called me right in the middle of my "moment".
On this journey called life we will all have those "moments" when everything around us seems so dark. But if we can just hold on to that little spark of hope then everything will be alright. Psalms 119:114 speaks for me when it says, "You are my hiding place and my shield; I hope in Your word." I have learned to lean upon God's Word to give me renewed strength and hope even when I don't see immediate results. As God puts His finishing touches into my life I declare victory over every area of my life that may be lacking anything: finances, employment, etc. I am victorious! God only wants the best for me and you: today and tomorrow. Jeremiah 29:11 affirms, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope." I see Isaiah 40: 30-31, "Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, 31 But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint." So I say, "One More Day, One More Step".
