Sign outside of All Seasons Rental almost caused accident

I was driving to Rita's today and was almost hit by a car because drivers cannot see past the huge sign outside of All Seasons. I called the city of Bowie but had to leave a message. It must be against code. If anyone else has had similar issues please call the city of Bowie and complain! This is so dangerous! Kids walk to Rita's after school all the time and I'm afraid they might get hit!
