The GBCC believes this resort will provide expansive construction and contracting opportunities for county-based businesses, along with building the commercial tax base that is sorely needed in the jurisdiction. This resort, along with the Tanger project, will make National Harbor the regional attraction for conventions, tourism and entertainment.

GBCC President Len Lucchi and Legislative Committee Chair Craig Muckle congratulate the efforts of County Executive Rushern L. Baker, III and District 4 County Council Member Ingrid M. Turner for their position on this important issue. The GBCC looks forward to working with our county and state officials in the future to continue to make Prince George’s County great.
