Bowie animal control

I found a lost kitten today at saddlebrook east park. Called bowie animal control and they told me it was not their problem because it was PG county property!!!
AN ANIMAL IN DISTRESS SHOULD NOT SUFFER BECAUSE IT IS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY.
