Wisdom Wednesdays

Wisdom Wednesdays is filled with inspiration and Biblical scripture that help get you through the day.

Can you answer this for me, "When is your gut feeling not enough?  I can remember back during my school days hearing instructions from my teachers to "go with your gut feeling" when we had multiple choice test.  During some game shows, you often hear winners say, "I just went with my gut feeling."  I think we have all been in situations where we just went with what are gut was feeling.  Was this right thing to do?  Hmm...  We work in the knowledge and resources that we have at the time that we make decisions.  As we grow in God's Word we come to understand Proverbs 3: 5, 6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your path."   So, the question is, "When is your gut feeling not enough?  The answer is, "When it is not aligned with God's purpose for your life."

Together, let's learn to trust God more.  I believe the more we know God's Word, the more we grow in God's Word.

If you are wondering how you can get through "the storms of life", I encourage you to allow God to be the Reign Gear for Your Soul.  More inspirational messages can be found in my self-published book and Audio Book, "Showers of Blessings: Reign Gear for the Soul", which can found on my website by clicking here.
