This 1950’s rock ‘n roll musical has been revised specifically for young audiences, but features the spirited Rydell High class of ’59 with gum chewing, hub cap stealing, and girls in bobby socks. Join the gang as they sing and dance their way through pajama parties, proms the burger place and the drive-in movies. All interested students who are currently in grades 6 -12 are invited to schedule an audition time by sending an email to drama@chariscenterarts.com.
Audition times will be assigned on a first-come-first served basis. Students should be prepared to sing, read, and dance at the audition. This show requires 18-30 participants, and all cast are required to register for Production II at the Charis Center for the Arts.
Rehearsals will be every Tuesday and Thursday 5:00pm-7:00pm
