In this informative and light-hearted class we will share basic meditation techniques and practical ways for how to “administer” meditation to improve our life. Meditation is simple to learn and the most powerful prescription available to live a happy life.
Our regular Thursday night class in Bowie will be turned into a special 3-week series led by our Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Chogden. This series will be a follow-on from the free lecture on Saturday Oct. 27 showing us how was can integrate the “medicine” in inner peace into our daily lives through meditation and Buddhist thinking.
