Fire Prevention Open House

On Saturday October 13th, The Bowie Volunteer Fire Department & Rescue Squad will host our Annual Fire Prevention Open House at Station 39 from 11:00am to 4:00pm. The event will be held at Station 39, which is located at 15454 Annapolis Road, Bowie Maryland. This event is a great way help us help you by attending a full day of fun, sights and sounds. See live demonstrations and displays of fire trucks, as well as other public safety vehicles/equipment.  This year, we will follow the theme established by the National Fire Protection Association for Fire Prevention Week, "Have 2 Ways Out". Our program has earned numerous awards from the Maryland State Fireman's Association, and The Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office. We would appreciate any help you can give us passing this information on to the citizens we serve. I have included a tentative schedule of events. As always, all media partners are invited to join us throughout the day.
