On January 9th, at 7:00 p.m., the Environment Stewardship Committee of St. Matthew’s UMC assisted
by Gary Allen, Executive Director for the Center for Chesapeake Communites will continue its discussion
of the health of the Chesapeake Bay. The discussion will include laws and protections agreed upon but
not enforced. We will posit
actions to be taken (for the issues involved) that may have influence upon our representatives, fellow
citizens and ourselves. What a shame if the gifts provided by the Bay and the Earth to sustain our lives
end up being lost.

My primary goal of forming this group, is to give all of us sufferers a feeling of belonging. So…Read More many people feel like they have no where, and no one to turn to, and I want to be that person and provide a group that can offer a pick-me-up throughout the day, or something to look forward to mid-week. So far, I have had 3 people reach out to me which is wonderful, however, I would like to have at least 5 people for our first meeting. I look forward to hearing from YOU soon! ~Cheers, Brittany
