Join us for a fun-filled, information packed day of community wellness education on the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle, as well as increase your awareness about many of
the available wellness resources in the community.
The day will consist of workshops, exercise classes, a silent auction, a keynote address from Cathy VItale, State Delegate from Severna Park, and a health fair with lots of information
and give-a-ways. A healthy lunch will be provided at noon.

Our goal is to raise $20,000 for METAvivor. METAvivor is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit for metastatic/stage IV breast cancer (MBC). Largely patient-run, METAvivor
supports persons with the disease, promotes awareness and funds MBC research aimed at significantly extending quality life and ultimately ending death from the fatal disease. Local members meet regularly to discuss challenges, offer each other assistance, hear guest speakers and simply get out for fun. 100% of all fundraiser proceeds and donations go toward METAvivor’s research grants.
