On Sunday, September 29, join Kaiser Permanente for a healthy tailgate at our recently expanded Largo Medical Center – our biggest facility in the region! Stop by from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and meet former Washington Redskins’ players, cheer with the Redskins’ Cheerleaders, and listen to the Redskins’ official Marching Band. Challenge yourself with Play 60, a football obstacle course featuring agility ladders and catching drills. Meet Olympian and health advocate Dominique Dawes and hear her inspiring story. Families will enjoy free healthy food and many activities including face-painting for the kids and free health screenings for blood pressure and Body Mass index (BMI) for adults. The whole community is encouraged to take a look inside this recently expanded medical center too.
