Are you in need of help during the storm? For emergencies, dial 911. For non-emergency situations, contact Bowie police at 301-352-1200. For downed wires, trees down on roads, other storm related problems or issues call city hall at 301-262-6200.  Someone will be answering phones starting at 5 p.m. Sunday and continuing throughout the storm.
