Harmony Place Now Accepting Lease Applications

The construction project on Health Center Drive is nearing completion and advertising for potential tenants. 

Harmony Place is a 286-unit high-end apartment complex that, when completed, will include one 247-unit building with an enclosed five-story interior garage, a smaller 39-unit building with a garage, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a tot lot, and trails.

According to the website, apartments will be available for lease as of July 1. One bedrooms are 816 sqft. to 886 sqft. for prices ranging from $1,680 to $1,885; and two bedrooms are 1,167 sqft. to 1248 sqft. for prices ranging from $2,175 to $2,530.
